Key Responsibilities include: - Completing assessment of new patients immediately upon admission according to level of care procedures.
- Monitoring self-medication process for individuals living in residential facilities
- Provides on-going consumer education (group and individual) regarding medications.
- Implements and monitor procedures for random urine drug screens to ensure that each individual is screened as appropriate. In addition, completes process to ensure results are documented in medical file and with the individual's clinician.
- Provides on-going staff training regarding medication policies and procedures.
- Performs responsibilities according to clinical and timeliness guidelines, and assimilates and applies performance feedback as directed by management personnel.
