The primary responsibilities are as follows:
Implement, coordinate, and monitors the hospital-wide Infection Control and employee Heath Program.
Plan, develop and implement orientation program for new employees, as well as Â hospital-wide in-service/staff development programs with consideration for the age, gender and population served.
Maintain and monitor accurate, up to date educational files on all hospital employees with the HR Department.Â
Develop mechanism to motivate/foster employee attendance at hospital-wide and departmental specific in-service/staff development programs.Â
Keeps abreast of new developments in staff education and mental health.
Ability to maintain the upmost confidentiality.
Lead by example and champion the philosophy of Service Excellence.
