Greet and register patients in the various organizations systems and works with team members to improve customer satisfaction. Review patient accounts for insurance and demographic information with efficiency and accuracy. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to work process change. Reviews his/her own work for accuracy. Assists patients with questions as needed. May be required to work between Victor Farris Outpatient Surgery Center and Main Good Samaritan OR. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Hours - 5:30am - 2:00pm
Qualifications: High School Graduate. Ability to read and write English. None
Business background, computer experience: Microsoft Office and Outlook application, proficient with office machines. Cerner and Cerner tracking board But not limited to: computer, fax, copier, telephone, and 10 key calculators. Typing- 40wpm.
