Tenet Healthcare is conducting a search for highly experienced Oracle Financials Reporting Manager.

The Oracle Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for providing primary support to the operations finance executives of the company and backup support to the corporate accounting team. In doing so, the successful candidate must be highly responsive to requests from our CFOs and senior accounting and finance executives. Attributes of the successful candidate include:

Oracle GL and Financial Reporting (R12 experience preferred)
ALL aspects of Oracle Financial Reports (row sets, column sets, content sets, reports, and report sets)
Maintaining Mass Allocations
Maintaining Cross Validation Rules
Maintaining Charts of Accounts
7+ years of progressive experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting
Knowledgeable about Oracle applications functionality (R12 preferred): tools, templates and methods
Able to maintain GL and financial reporting to meet the desired business process and requirements
Project management experience
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse business operations with both technical and non-technical resources
The candidate must have strong communication (oral and written) and relationship building skills
Bachelorï¿½s Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
CPA, or CPA candidate preferred
