Primary Responsibilities:
Provide coordination and administrative support to C-suite executives of Tenet Healthcare
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including document prep, meeting minutes, calendar management, travel planning, expense reporting, special projects and other tasks as helpful
Assist in arranging corporate travel and meetings, including developing itineraries and partnering with others in scheduling travel and meeting accommodations
Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously and proactively to meet timelines
Ensure smooth communication with administrative support across Corporate departments, hospitals leadership offices as well as external parties
Serve as a champion and ambassador for our respectful and professional work culture

Ability and desire to provide world class support to executives operating at pace, traveling extensively, and managing frequent lastminute schedule changes

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or as an analyst in an investment bank or strategy consulting group
Bachelor�s degree or equivalent experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
Strong knowledge of business travel (either as a former executive assistant or someone who traveled extensively on business themselves)
Flawless track record and unwavering commitment to managing confidential information with the highest level of discretion
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
