Occupational Summary
The IT Analyst for Maestro Care ETL Admin demonstrates knowledge and proven application of knowledge within a specific Information Technology discipline(s). Incumbent is responsible for monitoring, managing, and updating the Clarity, Caboodle, and SlicerDicer applications as it relates specifically to the extract, transform, and load processes.

Proactively complete assigned Maestro Care application deployment(s), management and testing tasks within defined timeline
Manage the documentation, resolution and completion of identified deployment issues and tasks
Participate in identified development and production support meetings, reviews, and design sessions, as assigned
Build, test, and debug Epic application(s) to ensure the system meets end user requirements as agreed upon
Develop and document system and user procedures as necessary within Service Now
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures and follow all change control processes defined within Maestro Care
Provide both business and after hours support for issues around system production support including the analysis, prioritization and implementation of requested changes, analysis of new functionality, coordination of software release updates, system testing and interface enhancements
Maintenance, monitoring, and updating of extract processes from Chronicles to Clarity
Maintenance, monitoring, and updating of extract processes from Clarity to Caboodle
Maintenance, monitoring, and updating the SlicerDicer application
Manage and support multiple EMR Production and non-Production reporting environments
Monitor and troubleshoot Clarity and Caboodle nightly, weekly, and custom processes, utilize appropriate procedures for addressing data load issues
Ensure integrity of reporting database and associated load processes
Perform troubleshooting analysis and problem resolution as it relates to extract, transform, and load processes
Plan, execute and support testing activities
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications at this Level
Education/Training:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or four years of equivalent technical experience required.
CERTIFICATION:
The employee hired for this position will be required complete Epic certification through a formal training program requiring attendance at the training facilities in Verona, Wisconsin. Training will include classroom instruction, project assignments, competency exams, and e-learning classes. Cogito Tools Administration Certification will be required.
Experience:
Level 1 - One year of related experience is required.
Level 2 - Three years of related experience is required.
For all levels, Duke Health System experience and/or IT system deployment experience preferred
