We are seeking a qualified physician to join our rapidly-growing team of pediatric specialists as part of the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases.
Responsibilities and Practice Details:
We are seeking a fifth full time board certified/board eligible Pediatric Infectious Diseases Physician to provide inpatient and outpatient consultative care at Inova L. J. Murphy Children's Hospital and in our subspeciality outpatient practice
Clinical expertise in a wide range of simple, complex, and rare conditions complemented by family centered care that recognizes the needs of the entire family is sought
Our division includes four full time board certified Pediatric Infectious Diseases Physicians
We have a robust Pediatric Antimicrobial Stewardship Program with dedicated physician for daily review, audit, and feedback program and Infectious Diseases Care Process Model development and monitoring
Our Pediatric Infection Prevention Team is complimented by Pediatric Infectious Diseases Physician Leadership for the Inova System and Pediatric Service Line
Infectious Diseases Physicians actively participate as educators and mentors in the Inova Fairfax Pediatric Residency Program and the University of Virginia Medical School educational programs

Requirements:
Board Certified/Eligible in Pediatric Infectious Diseases
