As a part of Optum Care, the largest network of medical groups in the country, Reliant Medical Groupis seeking a Full Time Hospitalist to join our team in Worcester, MA. At Optum, we are transforming healthcare nationally while providing physician-led care locally.
Position Highlights:
Census 12 to 14 on an average
Scheduled will be Day Shifts
4 days a week: Tuesday – Friday
44 weeks per year to equal 176 shifts a year
8 weeks off per year, 8 weekends of back up

Desirable and unique continuity hospitalist model
Continuity partnership with Reliant Medical Group's PCPs, allows familiarity with the same patient panel and families
Dedicated evening PA coverage already in place
Dedicated night MD coverage already in place
Moonlighting additional shifts available
Teaching interaction with residents that may cover 50% of the census
Closed ICU, SICU, CCU, managed by Intensivists-Specialists
Commitment to quality care in a patient centered, team-based environment
Continuity partnership with Reliant PCPs, allows familiarity with same patient panel, families
Continuity based hospitalist practice model allows consistently high-performance, metrics in all domains, which gives long term job satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
BC/BE in Internal Medicine
Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts
Active DEA License
