This position oversees the operations of multiple departments with responsibility for medical and radiation oncology and the Breast of Excellence Center.  Oversight of medical and radiation oncology, oncology clinic, AIC, and the Breast Center of Excellence will include ensuring daily operations are appropriate and efficient, quality indicators are met, financial goals are achieved, and patient, physician, and staff satisfaction goals are met. The development and growth clinics will be an important aspect of this role as well.This Director position may include, but are not limited to, physician and clinician relations, patient access staff, nurses, medical assistants, nurse navigators, financial counselors, genetics counselors, dieticians, schedulers, and others as deemed necessary for proper clinic operations.  This Director will have oversight in conjunction with a physician partner for one of the Oncology subspecialties lines (i.e. Medical Oncology, Ambulatory Infusion Center, Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Breast of Excellence Center).  Responsible for growth and process improvement through analyzing, evaluating, planning, implementing, and development of programs and services. Will assure achievement of Oncology program development across the care continuum and in adherence to hospital policies and standards as set forth by accrediting bodies related to Oncology and regulatory agencies. Will work collaboratively with service line Medical Directors and Physician Dyad Partners.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:   - 5-7 years of health care experience is required. - 1-2 years of experience required in Oncology Service Line. - Minimum three years of previous leadership experience is required - Bachelors Degree required - Masters Degree preferredYour Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
