CareMount Medical is a physician-led multispecialty group that was started in 1946 by a group of physicians who wanted high-quality medicine closer to home. Today we have over 45 office locations from Manhattan, NY to below the Albany, NY region along the Hudson River Valley line. Position Highlights/Responsibilities:

• The Nephrology department consists of multiple nephrologists and is fully supported with a team of clinical & non-clinical staff as well as APCs
• Physician-centric and physician focused
• Multiple colleagues within the same specialty for support in clinical care
• Shared EMR with all colleagues for coordinated patient care
• Prompt lab and radiology support
• Shared equipment and access to high end surgical platforms
• Prompt patient referrals to other sub-specialists in the medical group

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
• Board Certification or board eligibility in Nephrology
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start

New York Residents Only: The salary range for New York residents is $277,470 to $468,600 per year.
