Overview This position manages the design, coordination, and evaluation of clinical onboarding and education programs for ambulatory staff across Foundation Health Partners. Ensures new and existing staff are equipped to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care through structured orientation, competency assessment, and continuing development opportunities.
